Sorry, actually not sorry at all!
On the 8 - 9 June 2024, I am taking part in The Cateran Yomp. A 54-mile hike in 24 hours across rural Perthshire.
It’s going to be tough but it will raise vital funds for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity, the Army's National Charity, providing a lifetime of support to soldiers, veterans and their immediate families.

It's getting a bit real
Well with 7 weeks to go I am beginning to up the time on the feet. Weather hasn't been too bad so have managed to cycle the 16 miles to work a couple of times and "yomped" 15.4miles in - although ankles did not like tarmac - hats off to all you marathon runners out there.
Definitely certifiable
Well here goes for the 4th time. Although at this precise moment in time not sure I'll beat my 22hr20min time from 2022 but I will certainly give it go. Beginning to up the training - working on cardio and leg strength and joined local JogScotland Group couch to 5k!
