I'm fundraising for...
On 4th-5th June 2022 I am taking part in The Cateran Yomp, a 54-mile hike in 24 hours across rural Perthshire.
This will be my 3rd time of taking on this monster of a challenge, and with the same brilliant guys whom I’m first shared this adventure with back in 2017 as total strangers.
Our camaraderie from that first time in 2017 has seen us keep in touch ever since, and last year our team gained an additional member in the shape of one of my close personal friends of over 20 years, Carl. Sadly I couldn’t make last year’s event due to personal reasons so I cannot wait to get going again for Yomp 2022, and get that Gold medal that has eluded me twice before.
People from all over the world come to take on The Yomp and as always, it’s going to be tough but it will raise vital funds for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity, the Army's National Charity, providing a lifetime of support to soldiers, veterans and their immediate families.
