The Frontline Walk 2021

I'm fundraising for the Army Benevolent Fund

I'm taking part in the Frontline Walk - a 100km trek to commemorate the sacrifices made by those who fought for our freedom whilst helping to support the soldiers and veterans of today.

It will be a physically and emotionally tough challenge, but I'm doing it all for a great cause: ABF The Soldiers' Charity, the National Charity of the British Army. They support soldiers, veterans and their families when they need it most.

Please cheer me on by making a donation towards my target - I'll be forever grateful!

Great cause, well done for supporting. I hope, for your sake, that the French will have opened the hostelries to ensure that the ravening thirst you are bound to work up can be slaked en route... Have a nice walk! and say hi to Arlette at Cafe Gondree from the Army Air Corps - it was the Glider Pilot Regt that crash landed across from her place with the famous Maj John Howard on board - and we took the senior command cadre there each year to walk the ground.

Hello David - I think that this might be a rather special walk given the emotional resonance of actually seeing the overwhelming spread of all those crosses at each of your stopping points. Very special - Sally

Go David and if you can do the walk with a parrot on your shoulder with picture there is another £50 in it for you and your charity.
