KBR
KBR are long term supporters of both ABF The Soldiers' Charity and Combat Stress, so taking on the Medicine Ball Challenge was a no brainer. Over five months 20 from KBR took part to raise funds and awareness of the Medicine Ball Challenge.
Corporal Natalya Platonova
In 2022 reality star Natalya walked from Oxfordshire to Buckingham Palace carrying the medicine ball. She raised over £10,000 and talked about her own mental health issues as she walked.
Sergeant Naomi Benson
Another impressive challenge, Sergeant Naomi Benson ran for 24 hours straight while cuffed to a medicine ball. Her goal was to raise awareness of, and encourage and normalise conversations about, military and civilian mental health.
